Three rooms
The rooms
Three rooms, all upstairs, all looking over the garden and down the channel to Bruny Island. Each has its own ensuite, and each is named after one of the Europeans who charted this stretch of water in the 1790s and early 1800s.

Baudin
Our largest bathroom, and the only room with a balcony.

Bruni
The big one. A king bed that splits into twins if you'd rather (please let us know when booking), a sitting area with a sofa, and a corner of windows that puts the water in front of you from most of the room.

Hayes
The smallest of the three, with a queen bed rather than a king, and priced accordingly.

The bathrooms
We put all three bathrooms in ourselves when we bought the house. They're tiled floor to ceiling, with frameless glass, proper rainfall showers and Sukin toiletries. Baudin also has the freestanding bath.
Three of them, in eighteen months, before the doors opened.
In every room
French flax linen and electric blankets. A reverse cycle aircon of its own. Fridge, microwave, kettle, spare cutlery, and a box of tea to get through. Dressing gowns and slippers. Television, wi-fi, hair dryer, iron. Parking a few steps from the door. Nothing on that list costs extra.
Every room has all of it. There is no better or worse room for what is in it — they differ in the bed, the bathroom and the window.
